Happy Saint Paddy's Day Everyone!
Another beautiful day in Florida and it has been warming up the last few days. We needed some groceries so we headed to the Dollar General and the IGA to pick up milk, bread and some items so I could make a Sunshine Pasta Salad for the potluck on Monday at C-Quarters. After that we came home and sat on the balcony to read. We didn't go to the beach as we had gotten quite a bit of sun yesterday on our walk. I went in to watch some March Madness and cheer on my Dukies - They are moving on -- I hope they play as well against Michigan State or Syracuse. Unfortunately the Buffalo Bulls didn't fare as well. Then we went to Pirate's Cove for dinner - no corned beef and cabbage but Seafood Alfredo was really good and again we brought enough leftovers home to have supper tomorrow. The view is really nice there and it is very close. I know I'll be back again for some bang bang shrimp too. We went to Old Carrabelle Beach then and sat and watched the sun go down and the blue heron pose for us. It got a little cool so we ended up catching the end of the sunset from our balcony - the colors were gorgeous. I don't ever tire of the sunsets. Another good day!
