Today was our airport day. We left at 11:00 to pick up Dave and Deb from the airport in Tallahasee. The drive is just slightly over an hour on roads with no traffic. We got there a little early and waited for them in the cellphone wait area. They were right on time and we got back to the condo by about 2:00. We grabbed a little lunch and then headed to Old Carrabelle Beach. It was breezy and a little windy but the sun was brilliant. We enjoyed the sun and beach and then went to Pirate's Cove to have a cocktail and some bang-bang shrimp. Ron, Dave and Deb went to the store while I talked to Eric on the phone. We had some snacks for our dinner and made it an early evening as Dave and Deb were up early to make their 6:00 am flight from Buffalo. We will introduce them to more of the Forgotten Coast tomorrow.
