Trip to Florida - Day Thirty Two - Monday, March 26, 2018 - Carrabelle

Woke up to a cloudy gray day with cool breezes that eventually warmed up and turned sunny. Deb and Dave went into Carrabelle to pick up their last souvenirs before they head home tomorrow. Deb went through and cleaned all her shells so we could bring them home to her. We went back to Carrabelle to eat lunch at Carrabelle Junction, a cute little retro looking soda shop that has good sandwiches for lunch. After we took a ride and traveled down some dirt roads on the outskirts of the town. They are paving some of the road as if they are expecting or preparing for some more growth. Spoke to some of the owners of the other condos and actually was invited to look at Don and Susan’s one bedroom condo. After it was on to Hog Wild. I had the mini fish and chips for only $5.50 and it was anything but mini. Ron and Deb had BBQ and Dave the ribs-the portions were good and the prices very reasonable. We’ll have to go back.
